Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.
Package and Post
Securely pack your garments in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided or your preferred tracked courier to send the parcel back to our studio.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
